One thing is sure, weight loss requires some efforts. Avoid white bread and choose whole grain products and stay far from processed foods that are filled with salt, fat, and useless calories. Put the meat off the center of your plate and pile on the vegetables and brown rice. Start your meal with a vegetable salad or a homemade soup, you will trick your hunger.
Choose a healthy diet. Try to buy more vegetables and fruits, chicken or fish, and refrain from buying cookies, chocolate, chips, and snacks.
But do not be too strict, buy dark chocolate, and choose to eat less but better quality products as snacks.

When you go out, choose the right restaurant or carefully choose your menu. If you go to a party try to eat something before to avoid being starving and rush eating those KFC chicken wings. You can have a glass of alcohol while partying but after that drink soda, people won’t ask you why you don’t drink because they will think it has alcohol inside. Don’t waste time explaining yourself, stick to your plan, people will soon congratulates you for the changes you made.
